1. Scope and eligibility

These terms apply to payperproperty.com and the listing-information services provided under the PayPerProperty brand. By using an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this page. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a purchase. Account holders and purchasers must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.

2. Our service

We provide a platform for discovering property listings and purchasing access to selected private listing information, such as the complete address and owner/advertiser contact number. Public asking prices are separate from the access fee. A contact may be an owner, agent or other advertiser as identified in the listing; access does not guarantee a direct-owner relationship unless expressly stated.

We do not transfer ownership, reserve a property, collect rent or a property deposit through a listing-access purchase, or guarantee finance, possession, availability, appreciation or a successful transaction. Any separate service must be expressly described and agreed.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate contact information, safeguard your password, and report suspected account misuse. Purchased details are for your legitimate property enquiry. Do not scrape or resell personal information, publish unlocked contact details, send unsolicited bulk messages, harass advertisers, upload unlawful content or bypass payment and access controls.

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, misuse, legal obligations or security risks. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact support. This does not remove valid refund or consumer rights.

4. Listings and independent checks

Listing contributors must supply accurate information, have authority to advertise and share any third-party personal data or documents, and notify us of material changes. Do not include private phone numbers or complete addresses in public descriptions or images intended to remain locked.

Property information may change. Independently verify availability, identity, ownership/title, approvals, applicable RERA registration, dimensions, condition and commercial terms before entering a property transaction or paying an advertiser. A listing or badge is not a legal opinion or guarantee of title. We remain responsible for the information-access service we sell and will investigate errors reported to us.

5. Fees and payment

The access fee for each property is shown before payment and may differ between listings. The total displayed at checkout is the amount you authorise; any applicable additional charges must be disclosed before you confirm. Subsequent fee changes do not change an already confirmed order.

Payments are processed through PayU using the methods available at checkout. Access is supplied after payment is successfully verified by our server, not merely after a debit notification or a browser redirect. Test transactions do not create a live paid entitlement. Keep your order reference and check pending payments before making another attempt.

6. Delivery, cancellations and refunds

The Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy explains account access and delivery channels. The Return & Refund Policy explains cancellations, duplicate charges and remedies for failed or incorrect delivery. Read both before payment. Information access does not guarantee that a property will remain available indefinitely.

7. Privacy and intellectual property

Our Privacy Policy explains account, listing, enquiry and transaction information handling. Do not supply another person's information without appropriate authority. Site branding, software and content remain subject to their respective owners' rights; using the service does not transfer those rights.

8. Responsibility and disputes

We are not a party to property negotiations or agreements between you and an advertiser unless expressly agreed in writing. We do not exclude responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for a deficient service, misrepresentation or other protected consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact support first so we can attempt a resolution. You remain free to approach competent consumer commissions, courts or other authorities available under applicable law; these terms do not impose an exclusive venue that removes those rights.

9. Updates and contact

Updated terms will display a revised date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase. Contact us using the details below for service questions or complaints.
